Service Designer

At Baufest we want to improve life with technology, so we are looking for a Service Designer to join our team eager to learn the best practices to perform on an important banking project.  

Main Requirements 

• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of User-Centered Design withDesign Thinking methodology  
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Students majoring in Humanities, Design or related fields.

Desirable Requirements 

• Management of GoogleAnalytics , Figma , Miro, Excel and prototyping tools  
• Knowledge of workshop facilitation and ideation 
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to work in agile environments 
• Organization and proactive attitude 
• Have experience in similar positions in digital product companies 
• Be able to create products/services that meet the needs of users and businesses, thinking holistically. 
• Be able to create high/low fidelity storyboards/flowcharts/wireframes /prototypes, addressing different design needs.  
• Able to create and track product adoption and conversion metrics. 
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
