Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer to create service products with the aim of generating added value in the user experience.

Your main challenges will be:

• Analyze the 360º vision of the client.
• Understand the types of customers and analyze their experience with the Bank.
• Create and analyze coster journeys.
• Voice of the customer measurement and NPS analysis.
• Make value propositions based on customer experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to detect pain points and put together the solution.

What we ask of you:

• Advanced student or graduate of Administration, Design or related.
• 2 years experience in similar positions.
• That you have a vision and strategic thinking.
• Be creative and innovative.
• Experience in banking and finance is valued.
