Service Designer

At Danone we are looking for a  Service Designer to work as a team towards our purpose: providing health through food and beverages, to as many people as possible, while taking care of the planet.

Your homework

• Perform analysis and design of the business processes behind digital products, with a focus on improving the user experience.
• Design new processes or redesign current processes to generate efficiencies and a better user experience.
• Map and document the process flow.
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of digital projects by identifying points for improvement in processes.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and User Experience Designer in defining User Stories.
• Participate in User Research and Discoveries with an objective view and a focus on generating value through an MVP mentality.

Your profile:

• At least two years’ experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, OKRs, Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Experience using Process Mapping and Service Blueprint tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
