About this search

On this occasion we are looking for Service Designers to join our EY Design Studio team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team, researching with all types of people to help guide the design of services, strategies and solve complex challenges for our clients.  

Requirements

• A good theoretical base and minimum practical experience of 2 years in service design, storytelling and workshop facilitation. 
• Practical knowledge of experience mapping and creation of service prototypes to illustrate and test solutions and ideas (customer journeys, service design blueprints, storyboards, roleplay, among others).
• Ability to understand business needs and relate directly to our clients’ interlocutors, even at the highest levels of organizations.
• Availability to work full-time.

It adds points to you:

• Knowledge of CX metrics and prototyping tools.
• Know the language and be able to handle yourself fluently in the areas of innovation, business and technology.
• Good level of English to read fluently, write an email and maintain a work conversation.
• Teaching experience.
• Knowledge of visual design and use of digital design tools.
• Research experience (in-depth interviews, participant observation, among others).
