Senior Service Designer

IT Patagonia is a services company in the information technology area with more than thirty years of experience in the computer market.

This time we are looking for a  Service Designer Sr (Service Designer Sr) to join an important bank.

We want you to have the following exclusive skills:

• Have knowledge about Design Thinking (exclusive).
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with users, developers, and product teams (exclusive).
• Proven experience in workshop facilitation, storytelling and visual design, supported by a good theoretical base in service design (exclusive).
• Have more than 3 years of experience in human-centered design processes (exclusive)
• Research experience (in-depth interviews, participant observation, etc.).
• Strong writing skills and the ability to present findings clearly, convincingly, and credibly.
• Skills and resources for visual design.
• Knowledge of Mural, Miró and Adobe Package.

Main responsibilities:

• Join the challenge of eliminating the distance between the design of a service and the reality of providing that service by the organization.
• Work on the design of services to achieve a better customer experience.
• Plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
• Map experiences, clearly detailing the relationship between the three basic moments of service: before, during and after.
• Understand what type of artifact to use to design, validate and test services, to be presented and delivered to stakeholders (customer journeys, service design blueprints, storyboards, roleplay, etc).
