Join the Experience, Research, and Design team in the Simplified Trade Systems Implementation Taskforce , where we take a human-centered design approach to drive positive change in trade.

Role Overview:

As a Service Designer at Azooa, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of trade experiences for businesses. Working closely with our collaborative and passionate human-centered design team, you will advocate for business and government needs, inform decision making, and contribute to meaningful reforms.

Key Responsibilities:

➡️ Support the planning, facilitation, and analysis of user research activities.

➡️ Utilize strong analysis skills to absorb and analyze a variety of information sources, including research studies, process diagrams, and technical artifacts.

➡️ Help shape actionable insights to drive decisions and recommendations.

➡️ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and influencing decision-making.

➡️ Design and facilitate workshops with businesses and government stakeholders, including co-design sessions, prioritization discussions, research share-backs, and feasibility assessments.

Qualifications:

Essential Criteria:

1️⃣ Demonstrated knowledge of human-centered design and experience applying service design methods and techniques.

2️⃣ Proven experience collaborating with various disciplines to solve problems, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve shared deliverables.

3️⃣ Ability to integrate different perspectives (e.g., user experience and technical feasibility) to produce actionable insights.

4️⃣ Demonstrated experience working in a team to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research activities to inform decision making and reforms.

Desirable Criteria:

1️⃣ Knowledge and experience in cross-border trade.

2️⃣ Experience working in agile multi-disciplinary teams.
