Director Service Design

The Opportunity

The Director Service Design and Operational Improvement is responsible for:

• Translating strategic objectives and commitments through thoughtful design and development of services and responses in order to enable frontline staff to deliver connected, integrated and contemporary services to the vulnerable people of Western Australia.
• Supporting implementation of strategies and improvements that are customer-led and evidence-based.

This position will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Directorate that encompasses: Service Innovation and Customer Experience, Service Design and Implementation, and Service Processes and Support.

Details

This full time, Senior Executive Service appointment is for a period of up to 5 years with possibility of extension and will be based in Fremantle.

An Executive Search may be conducted as part of this selection process.
