Senior Service Designer

YOUR ROLE 
Our Digital Customer Experience Team is growing whilst we continue to invest in the delivering the best digital experience to our customers. We are looking for a Senior Service Designer who can collaboratively design customer-informed solutions for IAG.

Working in a large collaborative design team, you’ll deliver human centred design solutions to differentiate current and future products that are useful, usable, and desirable for the IAG customer. You’ll apply a deep understanding of design thinking, bringing together insights from customer research, internal service metrics and market analysis.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity and is open to candidates located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We work flexibly with a mix of work from home and the office. IAG

ABOUT YOU
•    Experience of doing human-centred design in a large and complex environment, with financial services experience being a plus
•    Ability to influence and negotiate with complex and senior stakeholders to drive delivery
•    You can identify, frame and respectfully and constructively challenging customer and business problems
•    You can work within Agile environment
•    Experience presenting and communicating designs and research and design milestones – peers and senior stakeholders
