Manager Service Designer

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A university degree, with a nice and tidy academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas University.
• 3-5 years experience in consulting. Ideally in a leading consulting firm, digital/design agency or within the public sector/ industry equivalent.
• Experience in human-centred design and technology, and ideally including digital marketing, mobile, data analytics, emerging trends and strategy.
• The things that’ll help you stand out in the crowd
• Experience leading blended teams (including with clients)
• Experience with virtual and hybrid delivery methods
• Knowledge in the measurement of customer experience
• Passion as a storyteller and story-seeker
• Understanding of the power and value of great design
• Belief in prototype thinking, turning inklings into insights, insights to possibilities, and shifting the way people move and take action.
