Senior Service Designer

As a Lead Service Designer with strong UX skills, you will be part of the Info Delivery Risk transformation program that is in the process of replatforming data required to generate risk reports across the enterprise, sourcing data from disparate systems to a Google Cloud based data hub, and then generating new dashboarding/reporting from AQS Tableau. You will be the sole service designer that will build design capability in a multi-disciplinary business & technical squad and will report to the Design Office Portfolio chapter for on-going support and alignment to the design strategy. This role will design for solutions that are strongly human centric and bring a really good and adoptable user experience to various data tenants in the bank. You will coach other project/team members in service design and be expected to present to senior stakeholders/partners/clients and work collaboratively to identify design principles to improve the user experience of the bank’s cloud tenants.

What will your day look like?

• Building current and future state blueprints for reports and dashboards being rebuilt
• Leading user engagement planning, employee recruitment for workshops and testing
• Facilitating workshops and user testing
• Synthesising and providing insights and recommendations
• Scoping user requirements to overlay with organisational ecosystems, systems and risk obligations
• Being an advocate of HCD and design skills across the different functions of the bank.
