Senior Service Designer

As a senior service designer you will work with the director of design to develop new service design packages and tools. We’ve made a start, so you won’t be starting from scratch. We’ve built a pretty nifty journey mapping tool and are looking to build more.

You will get the chance to work alongside our UX designers to help implement your plans and recommendations. You will a critical part of the projects from inception to delivery.

This role will report directly to the director of design. Your success will be measured by the creation of new service design packages and maintaining our high client satisfaction.
