Using service design, you will be designing and improving government digital services making it user friendly, easy accessible and usable. It is essential to have a sound experience in Agile and be familiar with Digital Service Standard.

Essential Skills And Experience

–Planning, executing, analysing based on user research for delivery teams
–Be familiar with User centred Design environment
–Sound knowledge of Digital services design for large institutions and government
–Experience working in Agile environment
–Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
