Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you’ll get to work alongside a passionate team and work with forward-thinking, innovative companies, from local government to large-scale corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups, helping them develop digital and non-digital solutions.

What does a day in the life look like?
Co-design, end-to-end experiences with an initial focus on the “key moments of truth” for customers – delivered through digital and physical channels
Conduct qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate feedback and insights into actions.
Develop CX Design guidelines and artefacts for the business, including journey maps, service blueprints and personas.
Support and participates in the piloting and testing of new technologies to obtain customer experience feedback
Facilitate workshops with the business subject matter experts to create high-quality outputs
Develop and further your knowledge within CX, Service Design, Experience Design, HCD, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement.

About you

You are a great communicator with strengths in finding solutions and collaborating with different levels of stakeholders.

You’ve most likely used Lucidchart, Illustrator, Microsoft suite, Mural, Visio and Figma (or similar) and come with a toolkit of methods and principles from human-centred Design, UX, HCI, and Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Change Management and Process Improvement.
