Service Designer

Working within our new and exciting Consumer Experience & Digital Transformation Team, this newly created role will afford you the amazing opportunity to kickstart your career and learn from passionate digital experts. You will assist with embedding a CX mindset across the business through the development and implementation of user-centred design thinking. Reporting into and collaborating with the Head of Digital Experience, you will have a high level of exposure across all management levels in the business.

Working in a true omnichannel environment (digital, product and physical realms), you will assist the team in reshaping and improving our current systems and processes through:

• Conducting consumer research and  translating learnings into concepts and workflows

• Understanding business requirements and user feedback to create user-centred service design solutions

• Rapidly testing and iterating designs and concepts with internal stakeholders and end consumers

• Leading detailed mapping and monitoring of consumer journeys to design solutions enhance their experience, or solve problems arising along the way

• Presenting and sharing design work to influence stakeholders

• Proven experience in delivering and developing UX/CX designs & solutions

• Confidence in communicating clearly, including presenting, and facilitating to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels

• Detailed consumer mapping & profiling experience with the ability to solve pain points through design

• A passion for emerging technology

• Experience in an omnichannel retail environment or in the luxury space will be advantageous.
