Service Designer

Introduction:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Designer to join our clients team in Canberra.

This opportunity:

• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build world class digital services
• Work in an Agile environment
• Drive improvements to customer experiences

Technical skills:

• Design services within government
• Strong background in Human Centred Design
• Strong knowledge of design methodologies and one-on-one research methods
• Low fidelity concept and prototyping
• Strong background in design hypothesis, mapping and evaluation of success metrics

• Demonstrable experience and portfolio in service design

• Holds a baseline clearance or has the ability to obtain.
