You’ll be working as a service designer, enhancing the experiences of individuals internally. This is an extremely high profile and high impact project which is key to the wider digital transformation.You should have great stakeholder engagement skills, and will be an expert in solving high level & complex problems within complex businesses.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience working within complex businesses and implementing HCD practices alongside senior stakeholders. If you have worked on internal systems, enriching the experiences of employees that would also be a huge plus.
