Service & Experience Designer

What you’ll do 

The role will see you accountable for executing on data led decisions that drive key customer & business benefits. You will work closely with digital scrum teams to ensure that the backlog is prioritised, visible and clearly understood across various stakeholder groups.

Not only will you collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on both the product vision and roadmap, but you will also act as the voice of the customer in our development process, ensuring that our solutions meet the customer needs.

What you’ll bring

• Strong problem solving skills that enable you to make the right decisions in a fast paced work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Experience working within a highly regulated business
• Strong communicator that allows you to build and maintain relationships
• Interest in Racing and Sports is preferred but not essential
• A proven history of using analytics to make data driven decisions
• A positive mindset and can do attitude
