Service Designer

As a Service Designer you will:

• Map complex service environments, both as is and future state, based on user research, business, legislative and technical domains
• make decisions based on user research
• conduct user research and synthesize into insights
• design a service that meets user and agency needs
• make sure the service meets web standards for all users, channels and touchpoints
• create blueprints or maps of the current and proposed service to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement.
• make sure the main parts of the service are built in from the start
• help teams to develop and iterate services/ products
• design and deliver workshops
• make sure services/ products are consistent for users
• Need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
