Senior Service Designer (w/d/m)

Your tasks:

• You create service and e-commerce experiences that inspire our B2B customers along the entire customer journey and open up new horizons for them.
• With your feeling for customer needs, you elicit groundbreaking insights from them through user research and work closely with the marketing and product team .
• Innovation is in your DNA! You develop creative and service-oriented approaches that make our customers stand out in the market.
• Prototypes, wireframes and mockups are your language – you visualize and refine ideas with ease.
• With your impressive communication skills, you gain the trust of stakeholders and ensure a smooth integration of our services.
• You are no stranger to data either! You analyze them to measure the success of our services and derive strategic recommendations.
• You master the art of communication confidently and conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders, as well as in customer service .

You can score with this:

• At least 5 years of experience in service design , ideally in a B2B environment or a similar industry.
• You think big and accompany service solutions from the first idea to the impressive implementation in UI/UX design and prototyping .
• You know how to design customer experiences in a unique way and respond to the individual needs and challenges of our B2B customers.
• Service blueprinting techniques and tools are your tool to visualize and continuously improve innovative services.
• Process optimization is your passion! You bring service processes to a new level to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• You know the value of project management and how to successfully implement ideas .
• You sparkle with creativity and are open to new ideas and approaches to position our agency as a pioneer in the market.
