Service Designer

EOLIS GROUP is a Digital & Marketing In-housing Company that helps its clients grow their own in-house digital & marketing capabilities whether they need digital, creative, content, marketing or tech skills or strategic thinking around in-housing models, organization, technology, finances, and talent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behavior.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to inform the design process.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to design and implement user-centered solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and constraints.
• Use design thinking and agile methodologies to iterate and improve the design process.
• Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English, both spoken and written is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and tools, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Experience with service design and designing for complex systems is a plus.
