UX/Service Designer

Are you a passionate UX / Service Designer eager to grow both professionally and personally.

At InsightOut, you’ll be working with me, Jeroen. I believe in more humane work with time and space for creativity and development. I offer a unique work environment with intensive personal guidance and the opportunity to collaborate with other experts in the field.

You will be involved early with the creation of this company and have the opportunity to shape its direction. My vision for InsightOut is to become a small, close-knit group of experts where I provide carried outcomes to our clients and train people in design thinking and people skills. All while making room for personal projects and accents.

Your role

• Determining the UX strategy
• Working on UX designs based on wireframes and prototypes.
• Working on innovative, user-centered digital solutions for our clients.
• Ensuring seamless integration of UX designs with the client’s goals and user needs.
• Working closely with the development team to implement designs and provide a seamless user experience.
• Building and facilitating workshops.
• Providing support during training sessions.

What you bring

• 2 years of experience as a UX Designer (or more).
• Demonstrable portfolio
• Strong skills in UX design and knowledge of UX tools such as:
• Figma
• InVision
• Miro…
• Passion for working with people and delivering user-centered digital solutions.
• Willingness to work part-time at the client’s office.
• Good communication skills (or an interest in improving them).
• Fluent in English and dutch.
• Happy focus on development, both professionally and personally.
