Service Designer

What you’ll be doing :

• Gather insights and requirements to develop an understanding of the business context
• Onboard and align all relevant stakeholders around your defined approach
• Plan and conduct every steps of user research using the appropriate techniques
• Interview users and stakeholders to gather first-hand qualitative insights
• Analyze and interpret data, metrics and analytics or collaborate with data scientists
• Map the customer journeys, service blueprints and roadmaps
• Organize and facilitate ideation workshops with clients
• Collaborate with designers, product experts and other business stakeholders
• Define a clear value proposition and converge to innovative concepts
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes of your solutions
• Present your findings and outcomes to stakeholders in an engaging way

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in service, product or user experience design
• Excellent knowledge of design methodologies and ability to apply them
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand new contexts
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to converge to innovative solutions
• Ability to adapt your design approach to challenging needs
• Ability to take ownership of your projects
• Curious & empathetic by nature
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a strong sense of diplomacy
• Native FR or NL + fluent in EN
• A passion for digital solutions
• A strong sense of humor
