Service Designer

Knight Moves is looking for a medior service designer who dares to take on challenging service design projects.

Responsibilities

•  Conduct design research and report insights through visuals and data
•  Organize and facilitate co-creation workshops
• You dare to take the lead in  designing and implementing new services and service improvements  together with a team of designers
• Designing service concepts and communicating them effectively   through customer journeys, service blueprints, UX prototypes, videos, presentations…
• High-level design of  digital products  and support the digital design team towards  quality people-oriented products
•  Conduct user tests and feedback sessions
• Stay informed about  service design trends

Your profile

• You have a minimum of  3 years experience  in a similar role
• You have experience in  facilitation and co-creation
• You know how   to build digital prototypes from scratch and deliver them  together with a team of digital designers
• You can think and act  from the customer’s perspective
• You have experience in  design thinking and innovation methods
• You master the  Dutch language , French is a plus
