Service Designer

Job descriptionAs a Service Designer you are responsible at AZ for creating new applications and services for our business and especially for our customers. You know better than anyone what our customers need to design and create the right applications . Your responsibilities consist of:

• Creating new business by offering new services and applications to our customers.
• Analyzing current market and trends and converting them into ideas.
• Entering into conversation with current customers to inquire about the question.
• Ensuring a translation of the business to the designers.
• Drawing up a business plan, proof of concept and proposals to the board of directors.

ProfileAre you someone creative, analytical and commercial ? Do you like to come up with new ideas and solutions? Are you someone who thinks out of the box ? Do you recognize yourself in the aspects below? Then you are the Service Designer we are looking for!

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Sales, Product development or equivalent to experience.
• Creative mind that thinks in solutions
• Socially skilled and communicative at different levels
• To be able to translate from idea to application for the designers
• Being able to work on a project basis
