Service Designer

We are looking for a creative and driven service designer to join our team in designing innovative (digital) solutions for our clients. As a service designer, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and problems of our clients and creating service solutions that improve their experience. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary developers and strategists to bring projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

· Identifying client needs through research and analysis

· Designing service solutions that improve the customer experience

· Creating user profiles, customer journeys, service blueprints, and other relevant design documentation

· Designing landings pages and implement them using tools

· Creating test brands with the aim of validation

· Facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and other stakeholders

· Collaborating with the team to implement and test designs

· Continuously monitoring the service solution and optimizing it based on user feedback and analysis

· Keeping the team up to date with the last design thinking innovations

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years experience as a service designer or UX designer

· Demonstrable experience working with multidisciplinary teams

· Excellent skills in design thinking and human-centered design

· Experience conducting research and analysis to understand customer needs

· Strong communication skills and the ability to present to clients and stakeholders

· Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

· A portfolio showcasing examples of service design projects is required

· You get a lot of energy when you can create things and translate business requirements in a visual concept

· You listen to your target audience to adapt your creations accordingly and you are flexible in incorporating the feedback
