Service Designer

We are looking for a highly qualified professional for the position of Senior Service Designer, with deep skills in Service Design and Design Thinking processes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and participate in Design Thinking sessions to understand user needs and develop customer-centered solutions.
• Map user journeys, identify pain points, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Designer principles into organizational processes.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to foster collaboration and generate innovative ideas.
• Colaborate with Product Manager and Tech team.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in of +2 years in Service Design / Design Thinking.
• Competent level in: user centricit, research and analysis, value proposition and service attributes, journey discovery and service blueprint, information processing and clustering, ecosystem vision.
• Knowledge and application of frameworks such as Stakeholder Mapping, Journeys, Blueprints, Empathy Maps, Prioritization Matrices, strategy building, etc.
• Great communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of English and/or Spanish.
