Senior Service Designer

Skills:

• Understand how the scientific approach to hypothesis generation and validation works, as well as how to transform concepts and opportunities into tangible ideas that can be tested;
• Openness to constant collaboration with design, business, technology teams and external partners;
• Able to develop research plans and tests based on a good understanding of the context. Be inquisitive, curious and attentive to the intention of each exploration in order to connect the results with the evolution of our services.
• Synthesis, critical analysis and communication skills – know how to formulate questions, create reasoning, analyses, insights and hypotheses in a clear and objective way. Understand the difference between findings and insights and turn user learnings into recommendations and new opportunities for the team.
• Experience conducting desk research, benchmarking, qualitative interviews and usability testing.
• Make it easy to create well-structured and visually engaging presentations, working on storytelling elements. Domain in flow tools such as user journey and usage flow
• That has the flexibility mindset of listening to team feedback and being open to making changes and seeking improvements;
• Interpersonal and sociability skills with the rest of the team, who knows how to work as a team
