Experience conducting desk research, benchmarking, qualitative interviews and usability testing.
Make it easy to create well-structured and visually engaging presentations, working on storytelling elements. Domain in flow tools such as user journey and flow of use
Having the flexible mindset of listening to team feedback and being open to making changes and seeking improvements;
Interpersonal and sociability skills with the rest of the team, who knows how to work as a team
