Senior Services Designer

What will your day-to-day look like:

• Able to apply with excellence methods and tools of all stages of the design thinking process;
• Dominance in research, interview and immersion processes;
• Analytical ability to synthesize results;
• Ability to conduct collaborative ideation processes;
• Ability to extract and process insights;
• Transform strategic plans into visual and digital products;
• Have experience with innovative methods and features of the market, look closely at solutions from competing/similar companies;
• Research and writing skills.

What you need:

• Complete Higher Education;
• Specialization in Service Design, Strategic Design or related;
• Be creative and purposeful;
• Good knowledge of Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Advanced Keynote.
