For this vacancy, we are looking for a profile to support us in conducting empathy, collaboration and experimentation processes to improve the journey of SC Group customers.

• Research and Analysis:
• conduct research effectively, analyze data and extract relevant insights for decision making 
• Analyze user journeys, workflows, and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Map and document existing processes. 
• Service Design:
• Develop detailed service blueprints considering project needs. 
• Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize and validate solutions. 
• Develop concise and persuasive presentations to communicate design proposals to different audiences. 
• Implementation and Optimization:
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement design solutions. 
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Define metrics and success indicators to assess the impact of design initiatives. 
• Innovation:
• Always be up to date on the latest trends in service design and innovation. 
• Stimulate the culture of design thinking within the organization. 
• Identify opportunities to create new services and innovative experiences. 
• Conducting customer research;
• Mapping and redesigning journeys;
• Facilitation of ideation workshops;
• Carrying out experiments, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping;
• Development of solutions that meet the needs of our customers in an original and charming way.

• Design Thinking: Mastery of the design thinking methodology for solving complex problems. 
• Design Tools: Experience with prototyping, diagramming and presentation tools (Figma, Miro, etc.). 
• Research: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research. 
• Complete Higher Education;
• Desirable – Postgraduate and/or Specialization.
