RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Conducting customer surveys;
• Mapping and redesign of journeys;
• Facilitation of ideation workshops;
• Conducting experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping;
• Development of solutions that meet the needs of our customers in an original and charming way.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete Higher Education;
• Desirable – Graduate and/or Specialization.
