Service Designer

Position Summary:

The professional is responsible for leading Design Thinking sessions with user areas, deepening the understanding of business needs, promoting the co-creation of solutions, and structuring requests clearly and comprehensively. This role will provide strategic input for prioritizing demands and support the development of technical documents, ensuring the connection between real needs and viable solutions.

Operating model: Hybrid – São Paulo (2x to 3x a week in person)

Main responsibilities:

– Plan and facilitate Design Thinking sessions , using empathy practices, problem definition and co-creation of solutions.

– Translate the insights gained into clear, objective and actionable artifacts.

-Support user areas in writing structured demands, connecting business needs to viable technical solutions.

-Collect and organize information that highlights the expected value, ROI and strategic impact of each demand .

– Collaborate with relationship managers and solution architects to accelerate the formalization of demands.

-Contribute valuable input to the executive board’s prioritization process .

-Proven experience with innovation and Design Thinking methodologies (Double Diamond, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, among others).

-Skills in facilitation, group mediation and active listening.

-Ability to translate business needs into clear and feasible solutions.

-Good communication and collaboration between technical and business areas.

-Systemic vision and strategic thinking.

-Availability to work in the Hybrid model – SP (2x to 3x a week in person)
