And today we are looking for a professional with the profile of Senior Service Designer , to join our community of more than 170 professionals, passionate about design and user experience with the mission of working for our client Elo.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential requirements:
- Higher education in design or related areas;
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in strategic and/or service design;
- Experience with research methods and processes for collecting and structuring user information for service design;
- Communication and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders;
- To be a disseminator of the design discipline and customer-centric mindset.
Desirable differences or requirements:
- Knowledge of the market for payment methods and benefits (government benefits, labor benefits, aid, etc.)
- Graphic/Visual Design
- Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion etc.

- They know how to work as a team and have ease in communicating
- They are passionate about product design, like us
- Like to question with the purpose of moving action forward
- They see “up front” and pay attention to details
- They are curious and are not afraid to venture into innovations
