Service Designer

Job Objective

Understand user needs, expectations and behaviors through research and analysis to inform the design and creation of digital products and systems. The main mission is to generate insights and recommendations for the development of impactful and effective user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field observations, to understand user needs and challenges.
• Create and update personas, user typologies, and other artifacts that represent user profiles and journeys.
• Consolidate and communicate research results and recommendations clearly and objectively through reports, presentations and other appropriate means.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure insights gained are applied to the design and creation of future products and services.
• Participate in ideation and prototyping sessions, contributing ideas based on data and insights gained through research.
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in user experience research by participating in events, courses and communities related to the field.
• Collaborate with other researchers and weme professionals to share knowledge, exchange experiences and improve research methodologies and approaches.
