Senior Service Designer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Designer, he will be responsible for building journeys, user research, testing and prototyping.

• Elaborate the design of concepts and processes;
• Prototyping, testing and research;
• Consolidate criteria and monitor pilots, structuring and execution of the scale gain plan to deploy with areas of operation.
•  Conducting interviews with users and customers, through the definition and validation of hypotheses.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Experience with Service Designer and its disciplines;
• Complete training;
• Experience as a Designer Thinker and/or Service Designer.

• Have acted in the mediation of groups for generative sessions and ideation;
• Actively participate in the community including research groups, lectures and events;
• Complementary extension courses.
