Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service Designer you will be part of the Digital Customer team. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain project documentation, preparation of reports and consistent work plans;
• Project management, alignment of expectations and customer relationship;
• Defense and support of design decisions;
• Gain trust, guide, influence and facilitate internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to critical analysis of varied businesses;
• Leadership and ability to conduct several issues simultaneously;
• Curiosity and desire to question the status quo.
