Mastery of the design process and its methods (Research, Personas, Journeys, Service Blueprint, Service Vision, Jobs to Be Done, etc);
Planning, conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research, promoting the consolidation of actionable insights;
Facilitation and harmonization of co-creation processes;
Consolidation of results in strategic reports;
Planning, structuring, conducting and documenting the service prototyping stage.
