Service Designer

The challenges you will encounter:

• Stimulate and develop strategic projects aimed at internal or external agents;
• Map journeys and observe opportunities for change in processes and services;
• Facilitate conversations and projects, involving professionals from other teams to discuss guidelines, improvements and innovation;
• Document processes and alignments with the Design, Product and Operations areas to accelerate decision making;
• Organize meetings for ideation, understanding and synthesis;
• Validate concepts and hypotheses through experimentation or usability tests
• Bring benchmarking studies and guidelines and how analogous markets solve similar problems
• Propose improvements in processes and interfaces to deliver better experiences for customers.

• Know how to work in a team;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Knowledge of Design Thinking concepts and tools;
• Usability testing experience
