Want to know the challenges of this mission?

Work with squads and be responsible for product design decisions on the features created by this team;
Map journeys and observe opportunities for change in processes and services;
Facilitate conversations and projects, involving professionals from other teams to discuss guidelines, improvements and innovation;
Validate concepts and hypotheses through experimentation or usability tests;
Bring studies and benchmarking guidelines and how analogous markets solve similar problems;
Propose improvements in processes and interfaces to deliver better experiences for customers;
Knowledge of Design Thinking concepts and tools;
Experience in usability testing;
Participate in discovery processes and usability tests moving between the different areas of the company;
Specify projects with a good level of technical detail.

And what does it take to be part of the crew?

Commitment to deadlines and self-management of deliveries;
Experience in the design of digital products;
Knowledge in Service Design Tools (blueprints, user mapping, card sorting, swot, business canvas and the like);
Ability to transform complex problems into simple and impactful solutions;
Know how to work in agile processes (kanban, scrum among others).
