How will my day to day be?
– Organize and facilitate ideation sessions;
– Disseminate results and upcoming initiatives to the areas;
– Continuously improve the value stream and processes that support operation and growth;
– Create methods to keep processes aligned with what really matters to the customer;
– Continuously improve the Customer Experience model;
– Prototyping and testing;
– Involve professionals from other teams to discuss improvements;
– Organize and facilitate workshops with different teams, using gamestorming tools and research activities;
– Explain, discuss and justify design decisions eloquently;
– Meet the needs of users through research methods, develop ideas, create concepts and prototype ways of how people will interact with the products and services created by idwall;
– Participate in different project initiatives, supporting the definition of the scope of work, objectives and deliverables in a collaborative way with project leaders.
What is important for me to master?
– Have previous experience with UX or Service Design
– Having already worked in an environment of innovation and constant change is a differential;
– Experience in design, ideation and iterative prototyping;
– Creative, analytical and problem solver;
– Ease of communicating verbally and in writing;
What is important for me to know?
– Knowledge in Design Thinking and Service Design;
– Knowledge of Design Research methodologies;
– Notions to create experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints and wireframes.
– Good interpersonal relationship;
