The Service Designer Analyst person works by creating, managing and constantly improving the experience of our customers in the products and services we offer for them and for them.

We have three openings for our team, one to work on our Endeavor Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs Support product, another to work on our Scale-Up acceleration program and the other to work on our open innovation products.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Study and propose evolutions for the product, through the continuous discovery of the needs and demands of the customers and use cases of the product;
  • Track and analyze product metrics, interpret qualitative and quantitative data and feedback;
  • Bringing light to problems or opportunities and clearly articulating solutions through user journey mapping, personas, jobs-to-be-done, and detailed interaction designs and prototype flows;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research with the stakeholders involved with the service;
  • Lead or participate in the solution design process (discovery, design, prototyping and implementation) for the prioritized problems or opportunities, together with the formed work group or product team;
  • Validate concepts and hypotheses through research, data analysis, experimentation or usability tests;
  • Manage sprints/work cycles;
  • Update the product backlog.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and genuine interest in entrepreneurship topics;

  • Self-development capacity (curiosity) and autonomy (pro-activity);
  • Good communication and high level of influence, ability to work well in a group;

  • Problem ownership: is able to explore, classify and prioritize problems, document their causes and implement solutions;
  • User research: understands and identifies users and their needs based on evidence;
  • Analytical skills: ability to create/use metrics and interpret data, performing analysis to discover problems/opportunities and logically base ideas and initiatives;
  • Ability to facilitate rituals and dynamics of collaboration and co-creation (eg brainstorming session during ideation activities);
  • Experience with service design techniques and methodologies and/or design thinking and agile;
  • Availability to reside in São Paulo, working on a flexible basis.
