Service Designer

-> As a service designer within Zitrus, your role will be to act as a consultant for our customers, mapping the service journey, identifying opportunities for process transformations, improvements and business made tangible through prototypes and/or blueprints.

● Systemically and holistically approach the user experience to identify opportunities for changes in processes and services;

● Easily communicate and design feasible service concepts and ideas to the team and stakeholders using methods and tools that illustrate all service components and touchpoints;

● Plan and facilitate co -creative understanding and ideation sessions and workshops involving internal and external stakeholders ;

● Conduct team alignments to ensure service delivery according to the mapped criteria;

● Collaborate with Designers , POs , Developers , Stakeholders and other interested parties;

● Support cultural transformation, always encouraging the empathic vision of our clients to put themselves in the shoes of users;

Technical requirements needed:

● Experience in building consistent and consistent experiences based on user research and business definitions, demonstrated through portfolio;

● Ability to plan and conduct research and immersion and ideation workshops;

● Ability to transform complex problems into simple and impactful solutions;

● Having a problem lover mindset (loving the problem more than the solution);

● Know how to analyze, synthesize and triangulate qualitative and quantitative insights from different sources;

● Love to create innovative services and impact people and businesses;

● Be a communicative, curious person and enjoy working as a team, sharing and learning from each other.
