Service Designer
Cooperativa Central Ailos
We are looking for a Service Designer who enjoys the challenge of transforming complex Financial Products into intuitive Services, looking at the end-to-end journeys of our members.
We hope that the Service Designer can map, in partnership with the Business, the needs of the cooperative members and later conduct conversations with the areas involved to create Service Blueprints containing: the Front-Stage (what the cooperative sees), and the Back-Stage ( what the cooperative does not see).
The Service Designer will also have the role of uniting the cooperative’s needs with the business objectives, seeking to balance them.
To carry out these activities, you will have other Service Designers and Business Architects by your side, in one of the most strategic areas of the Cooperative, which is in full expansion. In addition, Service Designer’s main interactions will be with: Business Areas, Product Owners, UX Designers and Cooperatives.
If you identify with cooperativism, like people and the differences between them, like challenges, make it happen, contribute to people’s development and are the protagonist of your life and career, your place can be here with us!
