Service Designer

Your Responsibilities

• Stimulate and develop innovation projects;
• Be responsible for our service fronts, observing opportunities for change and improvements in experience and processes;
• Acting in prioritizing, aligning and documenting the entire process together with stakeholders and the areas involved;
• Working on solutions focused on healthcare for patients at Saúde ID;
• Understand and improve the experience of patients, physicians, employees within the ecosystem of products and services;
• Acting in a team based on diversity and growth.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Your Qualifications

• Experience in developing digital products or services with a focus on customer vision;
• Journey design, blueprints, experience maps and process mapping;
• Facilitation and creation of dynamics and workshops;
• Familiarity with user surveys;
• Experience in the application of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking;
• Experience with project management, either in leadership or actively participating in decision making;
• Communication, negotiation and self-management skills;
• Soft skills in constant development.
