You as Service Designer will
Transform complex problems into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences. Uniting customer and employee needs with business objectives.
Main activities
-
- Prototyping, hypothesis validation and data analysis;
- Plan, design, facilitate and synthesize workshops;
- Conduct research, being responsible for creating scripts, recruiting, interviews, synthesis and presentation of results;
- Create complex flows, diagrams and user journeys mapping the different interactions between stakeholders;
- Interact closely with the Software Engineer team and the Product Manager for a perfect project implementation.
Knowledge, skills and attitudes

- Have solid experience in Product Design, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making;
- Design methodologies, the entire product cycle from discovery, prototyping, hypothesis validation and data analysis;
- Aptitude with prototyping and analysis tools (Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics);
- Ability to work with agile methodologies, knowing how to adapt to changes throughout the process;
- Analytical profile: makes use of facts and data to guide decisions;
- Ability to transform complex problems into simple and impactful solutions;
- Rational of scaling everything you do, be it research, design system or processes;
- Build connection with other business areas, influencing business decisions that advocate user-centric design;
- Differentials: Experience with software products and digital services and experience with information architecture;
- Great communication and time management skills;
- Be passionate about what you do and the end-to-end process;
- You will stand out if you are a person willing to absorb and share knowledge in order to contribute to the team’s maturity;
- You will stand out if you are a person who disseminates the design culture in the company.
