Service Designer

Requirements

• Fundamental to work as a team.
• Minimum experience of 3 years with design processes – UI and UX.
• Updated with the latest trends and design processes – UI and UX.
• Diverse experience in prototyping.
• Good writing – you have to enjoy writing.
• Know the Internet market.
• Complete higher education in related areas.
• Intermediate or higher English.

Main activities: 

• Support for other teams, especially ux / ui.
• Constant relationship with the business area.
• Creation, facilitation and participation in workshops and dynamics.
• Promote debates between professionals in the field within the company.
• Alignment, negotiation and constant conversations with different areas of the company.
• Planning, application, hypothesis generation and consolidation of qualitative, quantitative and other research.
• Construction of personas.
• Participation in the construction and evolution of the design system.
• Design interfaces and services with a focus on user needs.
• Elaboration of journeys, prototypes, layouts and participation in the definition of texts.
• Presentation of projects and concepts to internal customers.

Desirable skills: 

• Experience in Design Thinking (facilitation, co-creation, interviews, prototyping and rapid tests).
• Experience in building products or systems.
• Metrics analysis
• Adobe package knowledge
