The vacancy
With a holistic and general view of the business, people who work with Service Designer here facilitate the interaction between Loft and people, with alignment of Operations and Technology always placing the perspective and journey of our customers at the center of decision making.
The position seeks to generate value through the connection between all the stakeholders involved in a service. All this to generate fluid experiences through a broader and more strategic view of the context, mapping and prioritizing – in a more assertive way – business opportunities and risks together with the teams involved in an end-to-end journey.
Responsibilities
Stimulate and develop strategic projects for internal or external agents;
Map journeys and observe opportunities for change in processes and services;
Facilitate conversations and projects, involving professionals from other teams to discuss guidelines, improvements and innovation;
Document processes and alignments with the Design, Product and Operations areas to accelerate decision making;
Organize meetings for ideation, understanding and synthesis;
Validate concepts and hypotheses through experimentation or usability tests
Bring benchmarking studies and directions and how similar markets solve similar problems
Propose improvements in processes, and interfaces to deliver better experiences for customers.
