MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting in all stages of design, from research to creating the interface, building the entire process flow and user journeys, with the aim of optimizing and transforming complex problems into good user experiences;
• Responsible for assisting in the transformation of processes, crossing opportunities, generating synergy and efficiency in search of results;
• Innovative look to create solutions based on the best experience of our customers and business needs.
• Interact with the client to identify and collect information and documents about the operations and functionality provided for in the projects;
• Conduct status report meetings with customers;
• Conduct interviews with the managers and professionals of the clients involved in the development of the project, to collect data, features, documentation, expectations of demands and alignment of actions in order to ensure the development and delivery of the project according to established deadlines;
• Support in the planning of the main phases and stages of the contracted projects according to the preliminary schedule and the relevant documentation;
• To act together with the team in the area in the stages for the development of the clients’ projects, according to the established processes and methodologies;
• Interact with the client to align actions in the organization and define the delivery and implementation plan for the contracted projects;
• Prepare all the documentation developed and the final report of the project covering the objective, scope, steps, deadlines, etc., for presentation to the client;
• Contribute to the Organization and coordination of the steps and processes for implementing the project at the client, according to the anticipated deadlines;
• Monitor the processes of delivery and implementation of projects to customers and functionality assessment;
• Develop benchmarking actions with other consultancies and financial agents in the market, to identify best practices for application in the company’s consulting projects.
• Stay permanently updated.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Experience in product and service design;
• Ability to defend ideas and solution proposals;
• Experience in translating requirements in wireframes, layouts and documentation Journeys;
• Excellent communication for dialogue with stakeholders;

Desirable:

• Experience with digital products;
• Experience with financial institutions.
