Service Designer

About the challenge:

We are looking for a person who is passionate about innovation, who can disseminate his knowledge and create tools for innovation. You will strategically use the different Design Thinking tools to achieve the project’s objective, conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews with the client’s internal and external stakeholders, analyzing the inputs and material of the immersion to generate insights. You will also plan and create dynamics with customers and users, creating journeys, personas, blueprints and interacting with the business areas.

For us to give #match we need you to have:

– Knowledge and experience as a Designer Thinker;
– Have participated in digital product projects, agile methodologies, problem diagnosis, Design Thinking approach, service design and prototyping of ideas. – Experience in research processes with users and customers.
