Requirements

• Complete superior in Advertising, Marketing, Design or related.
• Experience with research, prototyping and hypothesis validation.
• Experience with Design Thinking.
• Experience in planning and facilitating workshops.
• Experience in the Lean thinking process.

Desirable

• Knowledge in Lean startup.
• Experience in agile teams.

Main activities

• Conduct desk research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the customer’s relationship with our products and services.
• Create low to high fidelity prototypes for experimentation and validation of new concepts, products and services.
• Create and develop presentations and materials that can make concepts and strategies tangible.
• Disseminate the agile and innovative culture.
• Create and conduct dynamics and exercises to enable the exchange of information, disseminate knowledge and solve problems.
